No exceptions will be made.

All Undergraduates and Graduates Candidates

Must Complete All Degree Requirements

defended their dissertation or CRP, including all final revisions.

The signed, bound copy of the document, the electronic copy of the document, and a “Statement of Copyright Release” (as shown in Appendix F of the Dissertation Guide), must be submitted to the Program Chair by

EVENT TICKETS

Guest tickets will be available for pick up the week before the ceremony. (See pickup schedule inside this brochure.) Guest tickets are limited to 8 per graduate for this event. Students who are unable to pick up their tickets or who require additional tickets should contact Evelyn Humphries.  Seating is first come-first served and guests are not permitted to block rows or reserve seats. Auditorium doors will open at 9:00 a.m.

LODGING 

Out of town graduation candidates and quests are encouraged to reserve hotel rooms as soon as possible. We have arranged for special pricing on rooms at the Holiday Inn 847-488-9000, (reference Argosy University when reserving your room) and the Hampton Inn 847-931-1940, (reference ARG when reserving your room).  The block of rooms will be held for Argosy University until 09/01/11- after that date reservations will be accepted upon availability.

Order your Rental Regalia

Herff Jones is the provider of the Rental Regalia for the graduation ceremony. 

To place your order for graduation please go to the online site at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation. Select Argosy University - Schaumburg/Northwest.

There is no charge for the online ordering of the regalia.  The Gowns and Hoods are Rental and will be returned immediately after the ceremony.  You may keep the cap & tassel.
