PsyD Concentrations and Certificates

         Application Process:

• Talk to the Concentration Coordinator:
• Forensic=Dr. Juzwin and Dugo
• Child/Family= Dr. Rastogi
• Health= Dr. Oster
• Neuropsychology= Dr. Young
• Fill out the online application.
• Fill out the Intent Form and turn it into Student Services and the Concentration Coordinator(s).
• Keep a copy of the application and Intent Form for your own personal records.
• Complete the requirements for the Concentration.
• Fill out the Certificate Program Audit form when all requirements are met.
• Give the Audit form to Student Services, your Concentration Coordinator, and a copy for yourself.
• Make sure “Concentration(s): ______Psychology” is located on your unofficial transcript in the top left corner directly under “Program: Clinical Psychology” OR at the very end of the transcript.
